1966 Ford Mustang Convertible

This is a member of our Alumni Club…we have owned it before, and are proud to offer it once again. Finished in emberglow, a one year only color offered by Ford, two tone copper and crème pony interior, automatic transmission, shifter on the console, air conditioning, power steering, brakes and top, this is a very attractive and extremely well running Mustang. Powered by the durable and responsive 289 V-8, I have personally driven this in the last week, and was duly impressed. Mustangs have always been the car for the American public, and it is one of the most favored cars when you think of affordable ,fun collectibles. A huge aftermarket industry was born just to keep these Mustangs behaving and looking brand new, and almost any part needed, trim, engine, interior what have you, is available and at youir doorstep in 24 hours or so. Active clubs make this owning a Mustang a social event, with publications dedicated solely to that marquee. In fact, pick up Andy Gross’s new novel “The Dark Tide”, and you will quickly realize that he too is a fan..and a past owner of a Mustang exactly like this one…which we proudly sold him, then took it back on trade as a member of the Alumni Club!....but no, this one is not his, close, but not the same one!
